Marie Blakesley

Marie Blakesley is Head of Assessment & Talent Consulting at GatenbySanderson.  As a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society she has over 20 years’ experience assessing and developing senior leaders, with the last 12 years focused solely on the public sector and services.  Marie will be presenting the findings on key strengths and weaknesses of senior leaders in Local Government from GatenbySanderson’s research using the data collected from the thousands of leaders her team assess every year.
