Attendance & Cancellation Policy
By registering for The MJ Future Forum Midlands, you are confirming your attendance to both days of the forum, including the evening networking dinner.
As places are limited and allocated to a select group of senior leaders, your registration represents a commitment to attend. Late cancellations significantly impact the experience for other attendees.
If you are no longer able to attend, you may nominate a suitable substitute from your senior leadership team at any time.
- Cancellations must be received in writing by Friday 24 July 2026 to j.evans@hgluk.com
- Cancellations made after this date, or non-attendance on the day, may incur a charge of £250 + VAT to cover associated costs, unless a suitable substitute attends in your place.
Accommodation
If you have requested accommodation and no longer require it, please notify j.evans@hgluk.com by Friday 24 July 2026.
Cancellations after this date will incur a charge of £250 + VAT unless a replacement delegate attends.
Applications
Places are limited and allocated to a select group of senior senior local government officers. We reserve the right to prioritise applications to ensure the appropriate group mix. Your place is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
